The Health Care Connection (THCC) is seeking a Dental Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, verify demographics, collect payments, and schedule visits at our Cincinnati center.
Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English) with 1–3 years in a clinical/medical office setting, proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (Next Gen a plus), and capable of multitasking in a busy environment while delivering excellent patient service.
