Job Summary:

We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23 (with potential for growth) in a supportive, clinically driven workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with structured training and ongoing support
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Passion for working with children!
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • No prior ABA experience required – we provide full training
Physical Requirements:

This is an active, hands‑on role that involves working directly with children in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. Registered Behavior Technicians must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor‑level and standing positions. The role may require lifting or physically supporting children weighing up to 40–50 pounds, as clinically appropriate; participating in active play and movement‑based learning activities;

physically prompting or modeling skills as outlined in individualized treatment plans; responding quickly to support client safety; maintaining the physical stamina needed to provide multiple sessions throughout the day; and working effectively in environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors.
