Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. This position is responsible for providing personal assistance to residents in Independent Living and Assisted Living.

• Provide Home Making Services as required:
  Make the bed, wash dishes, tidy the apartment, organize closets and dresser drawers, launder clothing and bedding, iron, grocery shopping, meal preparations.
• Provide additional assistance as required.
• Document on the daily report sheets services provided to the resident. Daily reports to be completed and returned at the end of each shift.
• Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

• Level of Formal Education
  :
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Area of Study
  :
  General Education.
• Years of Experience
  : 0-1+ years.
• Type of Experience
  :
  General patient care in a care facility or in a home situation.
• Language Skills
  :
  The ability to understand and speak the English language.
• Personal Attributes

  Patience and compassion for the elderly.
