About the Role

An established and highly respected orthopedic and sports medicine organization is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join its growing team in the Cincinnati area.

In this role, you'll perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic environment. You'll work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and patients to ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and efficient workflow operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologic technologist who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys working with musculoskeletal and orthopedic patients. Candidates who are adaptable, energetic, and team-oriented will be especially successful in this environment.

Required Skills
  • Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program
  • Active ARRT Certification
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  • Experience with radiology equipment operation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of radiation safety practices and patient positioning
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and accurate documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and patient interaction abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Previous orthopedic or sports medicine imaging experience
  • Experience working in ambulatory or outpatient settings
  • Familiarity with procedure room or surgical imaging workflows
  • Traveler experience preferred but not required
