The Christ Hospital Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients with daily living activities under nurse supervision. You will help with bathing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility, while maintaining a safe home environment.
Strong communication with patients, families, and care team is required. A STNA or 75-hour CNA and at least one year of relevant experience are preferred. Mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are offered.
