School-Based Licensed Therapist

Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a Licensed School-Based Therapist to work full-time in Cincinnati with elementary students.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensed in Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile
• 3+ years of experience working with children preferred

• Salary 65K

• Provide individual and group therapy using developmentally appropriate approaches such as play therapy, art-based interventions, and social-emotional learning.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Offer behavioral strategies and emotional support to help students succeed in the classroom.
• Provide consultation to teachers on student needs and behavior plans.
• Partner with school personnel to identify student needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Participate in student support teams, IEP/504 meetings, and other school-based interventions.
• Communicate with caregivers and external providers to support continuity of care.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
