Part Time Licensed Outpatient Therapist
We are currently looking for a part time licensed outpatient therapist. Telehealth and office-based opportunities are available.
Requirements:
To be eligible each applicant MUST have a current license in the State of Ohio as a Counselor, LSW, LPC, LPCC, Social Worker, or LISW.
Duties include:
- Providing individual, family and/or couples/marital therapy or counseling to adults or children
- Treatment Planning
- Progress Notes Review
- Assessments
- Transition/Discharge Summaries
- Thorough documentation of screening/assessments, evaluations, notes, contacts made must be accurate and timely.
- Position is responsible for coordinating care with the Case Manager and other care providers.
