As a Behavioral Health Analyst, you'll serve as a clinical leader, helping develop and implement behavior intervention strategies for children with developmental disabilities and severe behavioral challenges. What You'll Do
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral analyses.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide parent training, school consultation, and crisis intervention support.
  • Partner with psychologists and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a case lead and mentor staff implementing treatment plans.
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
  • Collaborate across clinics, community settings, schools, and treatment programs to support treatment success across environments.
Qualifications Required
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
Preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior support plans.
  • Experience working with significant challenging behaviors including aggression, self-injury, property destruction, elopement, or pica.
