Overview:
Our senior care community in Cincinnati is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily care needs and activities of daily living. New graduates and experienced caregivers are both encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, 3-day work week, flexible scheduling
  • Day shift: 7 AM–7 PM
  • Night shift: 7 PM–7 AM
• Competitive pay: $19–25 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow individualized resident care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing
• Assist with feeding
• Help serve and clean up after meals
• Support residents with daily activities
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and co-workers

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, optimistic, and willing to learn
• Strong relationship-building skills with families and co-workers
• Caregiver certification preferred
