The New Path Child & Family Solutions Residential Treatment Team Lead provides leadership and support for the direct care staff during scheduled shifts, while also providing direct care as a team member in our Residential Interventions Program. The Residential Treatment Team Lead is responsible for managing the flow and balancing the work of the team while on shift.

Board Licensure Exam Cost Covered (Therapy, Counseling, and Nursing) Your Role:
Provide on-going staff coaching, promoting a safe unit. Motive the staff to provide continuous supervision of the youth. Ensure the staff is routinely providing life skills, personal hygiene and activities of daily living to all clients. Ensure the staff is maintaining clean and organized units for the purposes of quality care and safety. Responsible for training staff on program rules, routines, and expectations with particular attention placed on TCI techniques.
Responsible for ensuring proper documentation is submitted in a timely manner. Works with the Residential Treatment Supervisor to coordinate and plan specific activities to be carried out during each shift that is consistent and fits within the program's overall purpose and goals for guest. Model, Teach and demonstrate appropriate behavioral management, problem solving and coping techniques with youth.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of direct care experience in related field. Bachelor's Degree with coursework in a related field preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Previous mental health therapy experience required.
Have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record with no more than 5 points, and proof of current automobile insurance. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
