Residential Treatment Supervisor. Lead with Purpose!The New Path Child & Family Solutions Residential Treatment Supervisor provides leadership and support for the direct care staff, while also providing direct care as a team member in our Residential Interventions Program.
Location:This position is located at our New Path East Campus, 274 Sutton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45230

- Board Licensure Exam Cost Covered (Therapy, Counseling, and Nursing)
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic milieu by providing support, coaching, and supervision for all assigned staff.
- Ensure that adequate staff ratios are maintained to meet the needs of all clients
- Ensure that behavioral contracts/plans are implemented by staff and data is communicated prior to the end of the shift.
- Ensure safe transportation of all clients is secured and coordinated with intra-departments as needed.
- Ensure youth are oriented to the programs.
- Utilize and oversee the proper use of crisis de-escalation interventions in accordance with agency policy.
- Complete all quality assurance monitoring expectations for evaluation and treatment purposes.
- Participate in meetings for the on-going review of treatment and educational plans.
- Organize holiday, personal, and transitional celebrations for youth. Ensure resources have been secured for events and gifting.
- Bachelor's Degree with coursework in a related field preferred with at least 2 years of direct care experience in related field.
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current automobile insurance.
- Previous experience working with behavioral health services.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
