Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates fora Mammography Technologistposition that will provide support inKnoxville, TN.This is atravel healthcare 13-weekcontract assignmentwith a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details
- Location: Knoxville, TN
- Equipment: Siemens
- Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a-4:30p
- 40-hour work week
- Role: Work in a breast center performing screening and diagnostic mammograms and help with biopsies (ultrasound and stereo).
- Pay: $2,671weekly gross (eligible for benefits)
- Paid Time Off Program

- Active ARRT (M) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
- Must have a minimum of 2 years(s) of experience within your modality
As a Travel Mammography Technologist, you will provide high-quality breast imaging services to support early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. Working in collaboration with radiologists and clinical teams, you’ll ensure patient comfort, safety, and the delivery of accurate diagnostic images across diverse care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to obtain high-quality, diagnostic images.
• Provide compassionate, professional care while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely interpretation and follow-up.
• Maintain and operate mammography equipment, performing regular quality control procedures.
• Adhere to MQSA, ACR, and FDA guidelines and standards.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and support imaging teams as needed.
