Communi Care Family of Companies is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join Brookside Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The PMHNP will assess, diagnose and treat residents in a long-term care setting, leading personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
