As a Dietary Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of food services at The Mariemont Care Center. In this full-time position, you will oversee the dietary department, managing staff, schedules, and inventory. You will also be responsible for developing menus, planning special events, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage the dietary department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
• Develop and implement menus, ensuring nutritional quality and palatability
• Plan and coordinate special events, such as birthdays and holidays
• Maintain accurate inventory and control of dietary supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as HIPAA and OSHA
• Collaborate with caregivers and other departments to provide exceptional patient care
