NP​/PA – Ground Floor Pain Management Tail Coverage | New Grads

A pain management practice entering Ohio for the first time is hiring its first NPs and PAs in Cincinnati — a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how specialized geriatric pain care gets delivered in a brand-new market. Round on the same SNF residents weekly, manage pain medications, build individualized treatment plans, and earn $60–$100/hour plus productivity bonuses. New graduates welcome with structured onboarding.

Malpractice with tail coverage included. More seats opening as facilities expand.

• Conduct comprehensive pain assessments including history, physical exam, and source and severity identification
• Build individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic pain
• Prescribe and manage pain medications per state and federal regulations
• Coordinate referrals for physical therapy, acupuncture, spinal blocks, and interventional care
• Educate patients and families on pain management strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and facility providers; monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in TEBRA and Point Click Care

• Active, unrestricted Ohio NP or PA license
• AGACNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC, FNP-BC, or PA-C certification
• Fully onsite; comfortable traveling between Cincinnati area facilities
• New graduates welcome; 5+ years relevant RN experience also counts
• Background in geriatrics, SNF, palliative care, or pain management preferred
• TEBRA or Point Click Care  experience a plus

• $60–$100/hour + productivity bonus | ~$115,200–$192,000/year
• Full-time | Schedule varies by facility and caseload
