Assured Imaging, a Rezolut company, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati! This is a full-time, 40 hours/week schedule | Pay is $22.00/hour Who is Rezolut?

Job Summary

The Patient Coordinator will greet patients, register them into the system, collect money, and perform other clerical duties. The ideal candidate must have a medical background.

Essential Functions of a Patient Coordinator
  • Schedule and enter patients into our EHR system.
  • Provide important Data Entry functions into our mammography tracking software.
  • Provide pass through communication via Teams chat and other resources between entities to ensure quick turnaround times for exams.
  • Besic knowledge of Breast health and Mammography encouraged.
  • Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
  • Functions as a team member to organize and prioritize responsibilities to complete daily work assignments.
Education and Experience
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior medical coordination or similar experience preferred.
