GCBHS has an immediate opening for a REC Team Leader to provide direct services, connect to community resources, and provide short-term direct services to clients with acute mental health or SUD and other barriers

Position Responsibilities for REC Team Leader
  • Strives to attain the goals as written in their job performance evaluations and abide by the standards as outlined in GCB’s Compliance Plan.
  • Develops goals, and completes treatment plans and program oversight for REC responsibilities
  • Supervise staff in order to maintain program goals.
  • Hold staff accountable to maintain agency minimum standards for Medicaid and contracts.
  • Leads staff to meet standards and maintain agency expectations.
  • Serves as a role model for staff to provide services.
  • Manages day-to-day work functions of staff including, training, onboarding, productivity standards, documentation standards, and deadlines.
  • Ensures staff are up to date on agency training and maintains high-quality standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements for REC Team Leader
  • Bachelors degree in Mental Health or Human Services Related Degree preferred
  • At least three years of experience working with persons with severe MH impairment
  • Excellent oral and written communication,
  • Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills
