GCBHS has an immediate opening for a REC Team Leader to provide direct services, connect to community resources, and provide short-term direct services to clients with acute mental health or SUD and other barriers

- Strives to attain the goals as written in their job performance evaluations and abide by the standards as outlined in GCB’s Compliance Plan.
- Develops goals, and completes treatment plans and program oversight for REC responsibilities
- Supervise staff in order to maintain program goals.
- Hold staff accountable to maintain agency minimum standards for Medicaid and contracts.
- Leads staff to meet standards and maintain agency expectations.
- Serves as a role model for staff to provide services.
- Manages day-to-day work functions of staff including, training, onboarding, productivity standards, documentation standards, and deadlines.
- Ensures staff are up to date on agency training and maintains high-quality standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Mental Health or Human Services Related Degree preferred
- At least three years of experience working with persons with severe MH impairment
- Excellent oral and written communication,
- Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills
