Summary:
Central Connection is the front door for public mental health and substance use services for Hamilton County. Central Connection provides assessment, support and connections for individuals and families 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. Services include case management, diagnostic assessments, connection to housing and psychiatric medication management.
The Central Connection Division also includes the Family Access to Integrated Recovery (FAIR) and HOPE for Children and Families (HOPE) programs, as well as various community partnerships.
Position Summary:- Lead the Central Connection Division, promoting a culture which values commitment to community, compassion, open mindedness, wellness, teamwork, and accountability.
- Oversee overall program development, service delivery, and achievement of program goals.
- In collaboration with Central Clinic COO, and CEO develop and support the long-term strategic planning to ensure Central Connection remains aligned with the mission and vision of Central Clinic and the evolving needs of countywide behavioral health systems.
- Support the talent acquisition of the Central Connection team and lead overall team development.
- Supervise and support program managers, clinical supervisors, and other key staff to foster employee engagement, wellness and professional growth, and effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong community partnerships and provide Central Clinic representation, as needed, with various key stakeholders, funders, coalitions, and collaborative initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation which meet the needs and demands of countywide mental health and substance abuse systems.
