Location: Burnet Campus, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati OH 45229

Inpatient/Main Pharmacy

Pay
: $21.50-$24.62 + $2.00/hour shift and $1.00/hour weekend differential

Shift
:
Nights 10PM-8AM. Must be available to train on Days & Evenings for approx. 6-8 weeks before moving to Nights.

What you'll do (what your day really looks like)
  • Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently
  • Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units
  • Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory
  • Compound sterile and non-sterile medications
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety

This is hands-on, detail-driven work where
accuracy, teamwork, and urgency matter.

How to qualify for this job:
  • Have at least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
  • Be licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio
  • Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A detail-oriented, team-first mindset

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Medication Orders - Performs unit dose preparation for cartfill and first doses. Non-sterile, non-hazard dose preparation for first fill or cartfill including preparation of oral syringes from liquid dosage forms. Delivery of patient specific doses. Prepare and perform ADC replenishment.
  • Compounding - Compounds non-sterile, non-hazardous medications.
  • Phone Triage - Performs outpatient pharmacy
