Position Details
- Title: Clinical Research Assistant-Phlebotomist
- Pay: $19–$24/hr
- Employment Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
- Location: Cincinnati, OH
What You'll Do
- Obtain vital signs, perform ECGs, and other clinical procedures
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Research Coordinators to complete study documents accurately and in accordance with site SOPs, clinical trial protocols, and Good Clinical Practice specifications
- Assist in coordinating subject care visits
- Continuously learn and enhance clinical research knowledge alongside Coordinators and Management
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices at all times
- Maintain cooperative, constructive behavior; follow all company policies and applicable laws and guidelines
- Comply with all job-specific requirements
What You'll Bring
- Proficiency in performing ECGs, vital signs, and specimen processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Skills in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred:
At least 1 year of experience as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, or similar role in medical or mental health fields (newly certified applicants also considered)
