Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing & Long‑Term Care Rehabilitation

We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Caring Place Healthcare Group. If you’re passionate about helping patients maximize independence, improve function, and achieve meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services
  • Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, cognition, strength, and functional independence
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in care plan and discharge planning meetings
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff
  • Recommend equipment and interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and billing
  • Comply with all state licensure, regulatory, and professional practice standards

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative healthcare team
  • Commitment to patient‑centered care and clinical excellence
