As a Telehealth Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, families, providers, and clinical teams across several telehealth programs. This role supports patient access and experience, telehealth operations, provider coordination, and program administration. Responsibilities include coordinating Online Second Opinion services, supporting virtual appointments and remote patient monitoring programs, responding to phone and email inquiries, assisting with operational workflows, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless virtual care experience.

Hybrid Requirements:
This position requires approximately 25% on-site presence based on operational and support needs.
- Coordinate the end-to-end workflow for the Online Second Opinion Program, partnering closely with the Center for Telehealth Medical Director to ensure timely case review and patient progression through the program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical teams throughout the second opinion process.
- Ensure all required medical records, lab results, imaging, and supporting documentation are accurately collected and uploaded into the portal for specialist review.
- Monitor program inboxes, responding to inquiries promptly, appropriately triaging requests, and escalating issues as needed.
- Track patient cases and maintain accurate records to support efficient workflow coordination and exceptional customer service.
- Support the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program through daily operational and administrative activities.
- Assist with processes and documentation to support Remote Patient Monitoring services.
- Coordinate meetings and communications between providers, clinical leaders, and program stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update provider lead lists, contact information, and program databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Generate reports, monitor program metrics, and support program leads with data collection and administrative tasks.
- Completes special projects as requested.
- Perform cross-functional duties with related positions when needed.
- Function as department resource.
- Be available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule every 5 to 7 weeks.
- Be the primary face of telehealth center by being first point of contact for phone and email inquiries.
- Maintain strong working relationships with patient/families, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
- Respond to requests quickly and effectively.
- Identify and understand customer needs and expectations and meets them.
- Communicate any relevant information to clients, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide coordination and support for telehealth program.
- Provide basic information to patients/families, staff, physicians/faculty, and/or the community for questions related to the operations and administration of the program.
- Support the program by coordinating marketing, and internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with other internal areas to ensure program efficiency.
- Generally, works under the direct supervision of a program manager or department leader.
- May provide some administrative support such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, preparing meeting materials.
