We are a growing ambulance service providing safe, reliable, and compassionate emergency and non-emergency medical transportation throughout Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and West Virginia.

We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Dispatcher to coordinate ambulance operations and ensure timely, efficient patient transportation. You ll serve as the communication link between field crews, healthcare facilities, and patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Dispatch and coordinate emergency and non-emergency transports
• Monitor unit status and assign calls
• Communicate with crews, hospitals, and healthcare partners
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follow company policies, HIPAA, and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dispatch, EMS, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Computer proficiency
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
