Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU RT

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU/PICU position requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU/PICU respiratory therapy
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Valid state license required if applicable
• Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Epic charting experience preferred

• Work in the NICU/PICU unit of a children's hospital
• Night shift schedule of 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Requires work at least every other Sunday and holiday coverage
• May float within the hospital system, potentially to another campus
• First-time travelers will be considered provided they meet the 2-year specialty experience requirement
• Previous employees of this facility are ineligible to reapply for contract positions within 1 year of their termination date
• Candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and local rates will apply
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application and cannot exceed 5 days total
• Block scheduling requests are only accepted for weekends (Friday-Sunday)
• Additional background check and fingerprinting required onsite on first day of assignment
