A leading hospitality management company is seeking a Sales Manager-In-Training in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in group, business travel, and catering sales over a 3–4 month program. Responsibilities include shadowing the sales team, managing group inquiries, and generating sales reports. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Competitive compensation between $21.00 - $22.00 hourly is offered.
