Issues “stay-over” cards to corresponding guest roomsPrepares evening refreshments; replenishes food/beverages accordinglyFurnishes/replenishes conference room as neededOrders appropriate food quantities (cookies for evening, breads/rolls for morning) as necessaryPerforms laundry duties; washes, dries, and folds sufficient amount of rags/towels in preparation for following dayAssists in Front Desk Department, answering phone calls and addressing clientele at counterSolely Assumes Front Desk role periodically to allow associate to use restroomComprehensively cleans guest rooms according to Company standards when neededApplies safety precautions in all cleaning scenarios; prudently uses cleansing products/solutions according to instructionsPerforms “stay-over” services as needed; renders suitable items/services to occupied rooms as indicated by guestsStocks guest items at front desk /back officeCleans and furnishes employee restroomEmpties trash at Front Desk and all offices; consolidates and disposes trash at exterior dumpsterMops boiler room floor; ensures no objects are near or making physical contact with boilersPuts away any shipments and packages received during shiftExecutes janitorial duties recurrently; addresses toilet, sink, HVAC problems in guest roomsRespects hotel property and equipment; operates cleaning tools and mechanical equipment respectablyCleans popcorn machine, containers, utensils before conclusion of shift; restocks necessary itemsAchieves cleaning assignments in interior sections of Inn (e.g. hallways, lobbies, boardroom, etc.)Reports all repairs—mechanical and electrical to supervisor or maintenance staffExemplifies superior customer service to guests—greeting clientele, readily fulfilling requests and responding to inquiriesProvides directions for locale to guestsMaintains professional environment in dialogue and interaction with associatesEvinces clean, professional appearance; conforms to dress code administered by ManagementAttends meetings, conferences, and seminars as requestedExecutes other duties, as directedSkills you’ll bring along
