This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. As a Hotel Management Intern, you will rotate through key operational departments to understand the heartbeat of our hotel. You’ll work alongside department heads and gain hands‑on leadership experience.

• Front Office & Guest Relations:
  Master the art of the first impression. Assist with check‑ins/check‑outs, guest requests, and VIP services.
• Housekeeping & Operations:
  Learn the logistics behind maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, room inspections, and inventory management.
• Shadowing Leadership:
  Attend management meetings, learn about budgeting, scheduling, and labor management, and assist with a capstone project aimed at improving hotel efficiency.

We are looking for energetic, detail‑oriented individuals who genuinely love hospitality.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A people person with exceptional communication skills and a natural knack for problem‑solving.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can keep a cool head under pressure.
• Flexible schedule (hospitality never sleeps, so some weekend, evening, or holiday shifts may be required).
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurants is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
