The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

This is a per-event paid position of $87.50 per event. The hourly rate shown is for reference only and reflects a breakdown of the guaranteed event pay, which is based on a 6-hour event day. The total event payment remains the same regardless of the actual number of hours worked.

• Set up and prepare food station with all the proper equipment and utensils for the event.
• Ensure that all food is at the station as well as back-up items for service. Food should be up to company and manager/chef standards.
• Anticipate guests needs as they approach the stations, following all Guest Path standards.
• Maintain station and club cleanliness throughout the event.
• Be able to follow all set up and break down procedures while giving the best guest experience possible.

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage or Hospitality is preferred.

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift.
• Exposure to variable temperatures.
• May be required to work in narrow spaces.
