Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shift; remove newspapers and service trays, empty receptacles, remove trash and/or linens and note areas needing immediate cleaning;
Clean all public areas following safety procedures and regulations;
Remove soiled linen, terry and trash from service areas and transport to appropriate locations;
Aid section housekeepers as needed (e.g., bed boards, roll-aways, additional linen);
Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems/complaints to achieve customer satisfaction
