We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the team, ensure exceptional guest service, manage administrative responsibilities, monitor operational costs, and maintain high service standards across all food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Help ensure administrative responsibilities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel Operations. With a focus on Food and Beverage Operations.
- Monitor expenses and utilize company software systems to control costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve performance and service excellence.
- Assign daily duties and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and place supply orders based on operational and hotel-specific requirements.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Support the operations team in executing daily service and responding to guest needs.
- Assist the General Manager in fostering a positive, productive, and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) and inventory or hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
- Financial awareness, including expense monitoring and cost control.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
