The new Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a energetic, enthusiastic, people focused individual. If you want to create a exceptional experience for our guest then this is the job for you. The hotel is off the I-71 corridor in Evanston. We are half a mile from Xavier University.
Duties:
* Greet our guest with enthusiasm.
* Register our guest efficiently.
* Provide information to our guest once you qualify what the guest expectations are.
* Solve problems based on the given situation.
* Follow brand standards while having fun.
* Follow basic accounting and billing practices.
* Handle money accordingly.
* Be professional and use professional language
* Own that each guest is satisfied
* Be punctual and a neat appearance.
