Supervise banquet staff and oversee setup, service, and breakdown for events;
Check Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate setup and service;
Maintain communication between Culinary Department and Banquet Team during events;
Compile and post banquet checks to master accounts and present to clients for signature;
Complete Captain's Consumption Sheets and Captain's Reports; manage staff sign-in and equipment return; prepare area for events; recap checks and hand to Night Audit
