Overview

Towne Park is a hospitality services company that delivers exceptional experiences through parking and hospitality-focused solutions.

Hourly base pay: $10 per hour + $5 per hour shift differential + $5–$10 per hour tips.

11pm – 7am (night shift).

The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner, including vehicle parking, luggage assistance, and guest guidance.

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor; greets guests within five feet, uses guest last names.
• Uses a greeting salutation, follows phone etiquette, and adheres to posting policies.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely; opens vehicle and hotel doors, adjusts windows as needed.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; shares information about facilities and local attractions.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; issues claim checks, records ticket information, calculates and collects revenue.

• 25% Maintenance of demeanor and greeting (includes use of salutation).
• 10% Parking and vehicle retrieval.
• 20% Guest assistance and information.
• 10% Receipt management and revenue processing.
• 35% Other duties related to the role (total 100%).

• High‑school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• At least one month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and basic math for revenue calculation.
• Ability to read/write standard English; understand 24‑hour time and rates.
• Desirable:
  Manual transmission driving, parallel parking.

The role follows established procedures with frequent verification; decisions are made within department guidelines.

Work is performed outdoors; requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 100pounds. Environmental conditions may include extreme heat or cold.
