Laundry Attendant

Summary

The Laundry Attendant will perform high-quality cleaning of the Sisters clothing items, the Transfiguration Spirituality Center (TSC) linen and bedspreads along with the upkeep and cleaning of the laundry room areas.

The following list of duties is not exhaustive and may be revised by management as needed.

• Sorts, washes, presses, and folds all laundry items.
• Places laundry in the properly labeled areas.
• Delivers laundry to designated areas.
• Serves as a backup for the

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Education should be sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
