Greets, registers, and assists guests, issues room keys, and assigns rooms; sets wake-up calls;
Acts as hotel manager on duty and follows MOD procedures;
Enters daily changes and balances accounts including guest, house, and deposits;
Resets the night audit system for the next business day and prints night audit reports;
Maintains lobby/front desk area and handles guest inquiries and requests with professionalism
