Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions;
Assemble and arrange conference equipment in meeting and event spaces per event order and management standard;
Daily thorough cleaning of meeting spaces including removal of trash and restocking of supplies;
Refresh meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks;
Bus tables and re-set them as needed;
Maintain communication and positive relationships with culinary and stewarding staff
