Lead and oversee banquet events from setup through completion;
Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Banquets, and other hotel departments;
Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event details, assignments, and service expectations;
Supervise banquet servers and support staff during events;
Support F&B outlets and daily outlet operations as needed
