The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza is hiring a Catering Sales Manager. The hotel catering sales manager sells banquet space and food packages, books corporate and social events, and coordinates details with the hotel staff.
Sales and BookingFind new clients, make sales calls, and negotiate contracts for food, drinks, and event spaces to meet revenue goals.
Event PlanningDetail menu choices, room setups, and decoration needs with clients.
Cross-Team CommunicationCreate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and work with the kitchen, banquets, and operations teams to run smooth events.
ExperienceUsually requires one to three years of experience in hotel sales, catering, or guest services.
EducationHigh school diploma required; a hospitality or business degree is often preferred.
SkillsStrong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
