Front Office Supervisor

The hotel front desk supervisor oversees daily front office operations, manages guest services, and leads the reception team to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.

Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise front desk agents, coordinating work duties and breaks.

Guest Relations: Handle complex guest complaints, assist with VIP arrivals, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

Operations: Run daily reports, monitor room inventory and assignments, and step in during busy periods or cover night shifts when needed.

Financial Tasks: Manage cash drawers, audit shift transactions, and verify billing accuracy.

Department Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room readiness and guest requests.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality management degree is often preferred.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of front desk or customer service experience, with prior leadership experience.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS). Hilton experience preferred.

Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

$18 Hourly
