HRIS Specialist (ADP Workforce Now – Configuration Focus)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented HRIS Specialist with deep experience in ADP Workforce Now (WFN)—specifically in system configuration, workflow setup, and optimization of HR technology processes. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for ADP Workforce Now
, with a focus on configuration, enhancements, and maintenance. - Configure and support modules including Core HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and system security.
- Lead system testing for new features, releases, and upgrades to ensure successful deployment.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues; partner with HR and Payroll teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain data integrity, including routine audits, cleanup, and validation.
- Build and optimize workflows, approval processes, and business rules within ADP Workforce Now.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business needs.
- Support end users by providing training, documentation, and day-to-day system assistance.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on HRIS-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of HRIS experience
, with required hands-on configuration expertise in ADP Workforce Now
. - Strong understanding of HR operations, workflows, and employee data structures.
- Experience with report writing and data analytics within ADP WFN.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- HRIS-related certifications or ADP credentials are a plus.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $85,000 based on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday
