We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to partner closely with ownership and senior leadership. This individual will shape and elevate the firm’s talent strategy, strengthen career development pathways, modernize compensation structures, and ensure the organization’s people infrastructure scales alongside business growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys building systems, coaching leaders, and influencing culture in a 50+ employee organization.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and senior leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals. Provide consultative guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy.
- Design and execute recruiting strategies that attract high-caliber talent. Oversee internship programs, referral pipelines, structured interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure strong cultural and performance alignment.
- Build and implement career development frameworks that provide clear growth opportunities across the firm. Coach managers on performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Lead compensation benchmarking, pay structure design, and benefits administration. Partner with leadership to ensure equitable, competitive, and performance-driven total rewards programs that support attraction and retention.
- Champion employee engagement and cultural initiatives aligned with firm values. Ensure compliance with employment regulations, oversee HR systems and data integrity, and optimize employee lifecycle processes for scalability.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with in a growing professional services, financial services, or consultative environment
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and market benchmarking
- Demonstrated success building talent development and career pathing frameworks
- High emotional intelligence, consultative influence, and ability to partner effectively with executive leadership
