HR Director (Human Resources) Job Summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC, a leading provider of Nursing Care, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Director (Human Resources) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our administrative staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
• Manage payroll processing, including compliance with state and federal regulations
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, residents, families, government agencies, and insurance companies
• Utilize Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word, and Excel to manage HR functions
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and personal growth within the organization

• 1 year of experience in HR and Payroll in a long-term care facility
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word, and Excel
• Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies, and procedures
• Drive the recruitment process for all disciplines
• On-shift experience preferred
