Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a HR Manager 3 - Labor Relations to support the UCHealth Healthcare System in the Cincinnati Metro Area. This Human Resources Manager (Labor Relations) will manage all employee relations for the food service and environmental services (EVS) team of managers and union frontline employees. This strategic leadership position will come with a background managing labor relations / employee relations in a union environment.
Salary range is negotiable depending on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.
What You'll Do- employee relations management for (600+ union employees) in multiple locations
- conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace conflicts
- represent Sodexo in grievance meetings, mediations, arbitrations, and labor‑management committees
- provide coaching to managers on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
- support the resolution of employee complaints while balancing organizational needs and legal considerations
- monitor compliance with labor laws and union contract obligations

What You Bring- employee relations management experience in a union environment required
- experience supporting large diverse teams (500+ employees)
- deep understanding of labor laws
- strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and union contract administration
- familiarity with grievance and arbitration procedures
- understanding of union structures, roles, and internal processes
- excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills
- ability to interpret and apply contract language accurately
