the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale recruiting performance across one or more teams. This role is responsible for driving recruiting strategy, managing team performance, and ensuring consistent delivery against KPIs and business growth goals. This position is focused on team-level ownership, performance optimization, and long-term recruiting success.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting function for assigned team(s)
  • Ensure consistent delivery across sourcing, submittals, interviews, and placements
  • Partner with sales leadership to align recruiting output with market demand
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Executives
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
  • Own team accountability and performance improvement plans
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, goals, and metrics
  • Identify performance gaps and optimize recruiting processes
  • Improve candidate experience and delivery timelines
  • Track and manage team KPIs (submittals, starts, spread, etc.)
  • Ensure achievement of long-term performance goals
  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Support Lead Talent Executives in mentoring their teams
  • Standardize recruiting best practices across the team
  • Ensure proper onboarding, training, and development of recruiters
The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (staffing or agency preferred)
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters
  • Strong understanding of recruiting KPIs and performance management
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
  • Data-driven mindset with strong operational discipline
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can drive results
