Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + Overtime
  • Monday – Friday
  • Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate:

  • $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Summary:

The Onsite Staffing Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between the client, employees, and staffing agency. This role is responsible for workforce coordination, safety compliance, onboarding, payroll support, and ensuring client staffing requirements consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Coordinate drug screenings, background checks, and new hire paperwork
  • Enter and update new associate information in company systems
  • Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately
Workforce Management
  • Follow up with supervisors to ensure staffing needs are met
  • Track daily and weekly employee headcount and hours worked
  • Review worked hours from the previous day for accuracy
  • Review client expectations and workforce requirements
Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct safety walkthroughs, audits, and inspections
  • Ensure employees receive required PPE, safety training, and department-specific training
  • Verify forklift certifications remain current and compliant
  • Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety policies
Payroll & Administrative Support
  • Update payroll sheets and employee records
  • Pick up, distribute, and deliver employee paychecks to supervisors
  • Attend company and client meetings as requested
  • Maintain accurate workforce and operational records
Job Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Previous staffing, workforce management, warehouse supervision, or onsite coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with payroll tracking and employee record management
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance standards
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
