About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist at TQL, you’ll help shape one of the most important moments in an employee’s career – their first impression. You’ll drive the onboarding experience for our Sales and Sales support teams, building excitement and engagement from their first day through their first 90 days. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence and enhance our onboarding program by introducing innovative ideas that elevate the experience for every new hire across the company.

- Lead engaging virtual onboarding sessions for audiences of 500 new hires across 60+ office locations
- Create meaningful onboarding experiences that connect new employees to our culture, their team, and headquarters
- Partner with the Recruiting, HR, Learning & Development, and Technology departments to deliver a seamless new hire journey
- Serve as the go-to resource for new hires, answering questions about culture, training, HR and systems
- Coordinate key onboarding touchpoints between new hires and their leaders to support a successful transition
- Identify, assess, and problem‑solve opportunities to improve onboarding processes and drive a best‑in‑class employee experience
- Analyze onboarding feedback and recommend enhancements based on employee insights
- Connect with onboarding representatives to ensure day‑one orientation tasks are complete
- Support other employee engagement and culture initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Training or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in facilitation, onboarding, public speaking or training
- Strong project management, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional onboarding experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
