HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and people-focused Human Resources Director to join the leadership team at a respected Long-Term Care facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, recruitment, retention, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture within a healthcare setting.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all Human Resources operations for the facility
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staffing initiatives
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
Support employee engagement and retention efforts
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulatory requirements
Oversee benefits administration, leave management, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
Partner with department leaders to support staffing and operational goals
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management support to leadership and staff
Coordinate training, development, and HR initiatives throughout the facility
Previous Human Resources leadership experience required
Healthcare or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred
