Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, and passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, Linked In Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across targeted verticals.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical skills, experience, career goals, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate closing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development professionals to understand client hiring needs and priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales experience.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
