Direct Hire Recruiter Quick Pro Staffing | Full-Time | Direct Hire Division Base Salary + Commission

Quick Pro Staffing is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Direct Hire Recruiter to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll partner with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and manage the recruiting process from initial contact through offer acceptance.

As a Direct Hire Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent with our client companies throughout the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky markets.

• Source, recruit, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screens and in-depth candidate interviews
• Match candidate skills, experience, and career goals with client opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Write and post compelling job advertisements
• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process
• Assist with salary negotiations and offer presentations
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure successful onboarding and retention
• Partner with sales and recruiting teams to identify new business opportunities

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals and earn commissions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience using ATS systems, Indeed, Linked In, or other recruiting platforms
