What You’ll Be DoingAs a Direct Hire Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent with our client companies throughout the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky markets.
Responsibilities include:- Source, recruit, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and in-depth candidate interviews
- Match candidate skills, experience, and career goals with client opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Write and post compelling job advertisements
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist with salary negotiations and offer presentations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system
- Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure successful onboarding and retention
- Partner with sales and recruiting teams to identify new business opportunities
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals and earn commissions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience using ATS systems, Indeed, Linked In, or other recruiting platforms
