AboutThe Role / Position Summary
Intern, Human Resources is accountable for the general scheduling and administration of many HR programs, including recruitment and onboarding. Responsibilities include keeping HR systems up to date, reporting, scheduling interviews, onboarding meetings, and ensuring exceptional experience for employees and candidates.

- Manage interview scheduling and communications with candidates
- Assist with the onboarding process; process paperwork and input data in HRIS system (Paycor)
- Organize training & development initiatives
- Support Performance Management Initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including filing confidential documents in employee personnel files
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support development and implementation of policies and processes

What We Require /Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, OH
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
- Previous internship experience in HR or a similar field, preferably finance/investment related
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high work ethic and confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of Payroll/HR systems
- Ability to identify and resolve or appropriately elevate complex issues with minimal guidance
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Listen and learn while still taking full ownership of individual scope of work
- Engage collaboratively with clients, investment teams and peers
- Prioritize effectively and decisively across complex teams and competing priorities
- Enjoy working in and learning about the financial investment industry
